Maybe just like how users can apply to become verified, I'm thinking that maybe users could also file an application for moderator, and moderators can delete spam posts and things like that. But, to stop abuse from people applying for moderator, it's only open in a 1-7 day slot every month/week/year.

That's a good idea. And maybe I don't even need people to apply. I could probably just like add a feature where if you have 300+ reputation or something then you can vote to delete a post, and if a post gets likes 2 votes or 1 vote from a high ranked user, then it would delete it. Definitely something that I might consider adding!

Maybe 10 posts every 6 hours, but 10 minutes between any two posts? Or maybe even limit by category.
