5 Big TV Show Theories

Dun Dun Dun! It's finally here! The theory palooza! In this very article, I will be listing the biggest, most outlandish tv-theories ever! Think, theories from Inspector Gadget, Pokemon, My Little Pony, Phineas and Ferb! I promised I would do this last week, didn't do it, but I'm doing it now so whatever. Enough intro, let's get this rolling!

Inspector Gadget

About: Inspector Gadget is an American animated television series that revolves around the adventures of a clumsy, dim-witted cyborg detective named lnspector Gadget – a human being with various bionic gadgets built into his body. Gadget's arch-nemesis is Dr. Claw, the leader of an evil organization, known as M.A.D.
Theory: The gist of this theory is that Dr. Claw is the real, original Inspector Gadget seeking to take down the company that replaced him with an identical robot after he suffered a crippling accident. WHAAAAT! Let me explain. Inspector Gadget is a cyborg detective with a seemling endless amount of artillery. He hasn't always been human though. It would be ridiculous if the guy who became a cyborg actually has the last name, Gadget? So if this person did have a name before becoming a cyborg, it likely wasn't "Gadget". Whoever he was, he was a regular human who likely worked for the cops.
In this theory, it states that something bad must've happened to him, like some terrible accident. Once the cops found about the accident, the must have assumed he was dead. Then the cheif might have used the most advanced and secritive technology to convert him from a human into a cyborg. They programmed this new robot with the most cutting edge technology, to make him sound and think like the original. This new AI-powered Cyborg continued to work for the company, even watched over his dog and niece like the original. The only problem with all this was that the original had survived. The accident deformed the original, warping his brain to make him see things differently. Then once he discorved that the company replaced him, he swore to destory the company. They had taken his life, dog, and niece away and replaced with a robot. The human version decided to use everything he had and knew to fight against this robot version, and to do evil to the company that had ruined his life. He also changed his name. Now he is known as Dr. Claw. You never see his face because it is the face of Inspector Gadget, only deformed from the accident.

Phineas and Ferb

About: Phineas Flynn and his stepbrother, Ferb Fletcher, are determined to make every day of their summer vacation fun. They try building a full-scale roller coaster, becoming musicians, building a backyard beach, and traveling back in time to meet dinosaurs. Their family pet, Perry the Platypus, doubles as a secret agent and battles evil. Meanwhile, older sister Candace is tattling on them to Mom and Dad, though she can never seem to catch them in the act.
Theory: The theory is that the real Candace has lost her mind due to bad things happening in her life. The theory is that one day some accident happened to Phineas and he died. That day changed Candas forever. Candace couldn't fathom and deal with the idea of Phineas dying, so she built an imaginary world where he was still alive & playing with her step-brother Ferb. Ferb has a disability & can’t talk or do much, but she imagines him and Phineas going on great adventures together. The real reason why her mother can’t see the things that Phineas & Ferb build is that, well, they simply aren’t there. And the more Candace tries to convince her mother, the more crazy she becomes. Dr.Doof, the villian, is actually Candace's psychologist whom she’s been seeing twice a week. It started to put a strain on the family to try & pay for all these expensive doctor visits though. In desperation her mother had an idea to write down all the fantastical stories Candace was telling her & try to sell it to Disney as a show, and it worked. A big piece of evidence that supports this is in S2E33 (Wizard of Oz), where Candace goes into a parody of the Wizard of Oz with Doof as the Wicked Witch. This means that Candace knows about Doof & his evil intentions, because of which it could be inferred that Candace made Dr. Doofenshimrtz/Perry's rivalry up.

Pokemon

About: Ash and other side characters travel around the world of Pokemon catching Pokemon and fighting their Pokemon with other Pokemon to become the best pokemon trainer.
Theory: I don't like pokemon that much and wasn't going to include it on the list, but this theory is too juicy to pass up! During the first episodes of the Pokemon anime, Ash is electrocuted by a Pikachu. The theory is that from this pikachu shock, he slipped into a coma. The Coma Theory explains some of the basics from the series. It answers the question as to why Ash never physically ages, and it also explains why there are Nurse Joys and Officer Jennys throughout the region. It also explains why children are sent off on journeys throughout the Pokemon world without adult supervision. It also explains that characters like Brock or Misty were actually figments of his coma-induced imagination. Misty's in his dreams because she was based on a girl that Ash knew in real life prior to his accident, and he simply added her there. Giovanni was supposed to be Ash's father, and he's represented as villainous in his imagination because Giovanni didn't like him, and Jessie and James were supposed to represent his purity since they were at that time the only Team Rocket members who wore white outfits rather than the typical black outfits. Ash's partner, Pikachu, was also supposed to represent Ash's humanity whenever he would get lost from him in an episode. The theory also notes that if Ash ever did wake up from his coma, he could most likely suffer brain damage from his accident, and that he'll have to live with the fact that none of his accomplishments in life actually happened, and that none of his friends were actually real.

 My Little Pony

About: Princess Celestia sends her star pupil, the bookish unicorn Twilight Sparkle, to Ponyville to improve her socialization skills. Twilight quickly makes five new four-legged friends: Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rarity. Each instilled with the respective spirits of magic, honesty, loyalty, laughter, kindness and generosity, the animals learn that by working together they can achieve the most important element of all: friendship.
Theory: *Warning: This Theory Contains Suicide, Abuse, And Lots Of Death. Viewer discretion is advised!* In this very creepy and downright theory, it states that the main characters in MLP (Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rarity) are based on dead people in real life. In a news story from 1989 (When Lauren Faust was 17), 6 girls who all went to the same school, and died on the same day, January 18th, 1989. In this theory, each girl who died is a main character from my little pony.
The first girl was Samantha Gales, was obviously the inspiration for Fluttershy. A shy, introverted girl, what her classmates didn’t know was that she was constantly abused at home by her mother and stepfather. Her parents treated her badly, and she often came to school wearing ripped and baggy clothing, which made the kids pick on her. Everyone was against her, accept her animals, who would provide her with comfort. She died by commiting suicide.

The second, named Janice Walters, was always one of the popular girls. She was rich, smart, beautiful, and seemed to live the charmed life. However, her parents argued constantly and were really only together for appearances. She was held up to a high standard, which made her a perfectionist. She wanted to be a designer and live in Paris, but her parents wanted her to remain in Carolina and marry a proper man, one of good breeding and high income. For the most part, her parents ignored her. Her parents’ only concern was appearing rich and of high social standing, but in reality, her mother married her father because of money, and since he had accumulated so much debt, they had been losing money, fast. This is what got her interested in fashion initially, since she started making her own fashionable clothes to maintain the appearance of wealth. She died in a car crash, when her mother and father got into another argument over money while he was driving. Then they cashed, and she died instantly. She was clearly the inspiration for Rarity.

The girl most similar to Applejack, Jamie Sanders, was a farm girl, just like the character based off of her. What the show didn’t include was that her farm was run down, and her family always struggling with money. She often times worked odd jobs under the table to try and help to support her family. She had many brothers and sisters, and she was the second, which meant it was up to her and her brother to take care of the “youngins”. This meant she didn’t have enough time to hang out with friends or take any extracurricular activities, or even do her homework on most nights. She had an aunt, whom her family from Manhattan was based off, who kept offering to send money to support her mother and father, but they were proud and always refused. Jamie often times helped out with other family’s yard work to keep her family afloat. She died when she fell into a wood chipper.

Then there was Alexandra Matthews. Alex was a competitive girl. She always sought to be the best at the best, especially at sports, track in particular. Her father always wanted a boy, and since her mother was declared incapable of having another child, he decided to raise her as if she was his son. In the end though, she loved her mother and father, and was more than happy to play sports with her father. She excelled at them, even. This made her popular, and by the time she was in high school, was being sought out by athletic scouts from Colleges all over the country. This made her try even harder. She had always wanted to compete in the Olympics. However, when she was 15, her mother, who had been told she could never have another child, had a son. After that, her parents didn’t pay very much attention to her, which made her more determined to succeed. She ended up pushing herself so hard at track, she neglected her friends, her grades, and even her personal health. Since she was pushing herself so hard physically and wasn't treating herself well, she ended up collapsing during a match due to a heart complication. She died in the hospital, a few days later. In the show, Rainbow Dash seems the most similar.

Pinkie Pie’s inspiration. Katherine Jackson was a foster child and moved from home to home. Her parents died to personal complications. Some of the foster families who would take her in were merely interested in the financial support adopting a child would bring, and would refuse to feed or clothe her. Even when she was in a nice home with a good family, the old memories still haunted her, breaking her fragile sanity into a million pieces. She would have terrible and scary nightmares. By the time she was in high school, she completely snapped. She started to hallucinate and act out in class. Many of the other kids and even teachers assumed she was merely hyperactive and was trying to be funny. She would often times paint and draw and write about fantastical things, and dressed in over the top clothing. All the while her nightmares becoming worse. She died by commiting suicide.

The last, Twilight Sparkle’s inspiration, was an A student by the name of Cynthia Little. She was held up to a high standard from a young age. Her older brother was always getting awards for academic and athletic achievement, and she was held up to the same high standard. She ended up neglecting other facets of her life in order to make sure she got the best grades. For a while, this worked. Her parents were proud of her accomplishments and bragged to their friends about having not just one genius child, but two. That is until a local private academy for the gifted started to become interested in her, among several other advanced students. She knew that this would be the best opportunity she could have to prove herself as the perfect child. But the pressure was high. She knew that there were limited spots for new students, and she knew that there would be a test and an essay required to get in. So she became a little desperate. She studied to the point where she would hardly eat, and never sleep. As the test closed in, she panicked, and she opted to find an essay to copy, and during the test resorted to cheating. When she was caught, her parents were horrified. She sank into a deep depression, and eventually commit suicide.

Eeek! Those were some scary and outlandish stories! What did you guys think? Like it if you thought some were good, and follow me for more! Byeee!
