So making an actual bare bones os is too complicated for me to understand cause I'm on Windows which means I either need to switch to Linux, which I do not want to do or using Windows Subsystem for Linux. I tried the latter but I'm having trouble actually building the files.

So I came up with an idea.

An OS that is actually just a application running inside a OS (for the start of this project just Windows). I'll try to get its own applications but I don't think knowing just C++ is gonna do the job.
